Monday and Friday 6:30pm and 7:30pm
Wednesday 6pm

 

Waimanalo Community Park:
Monday, Wednesday, and Friday 5:15pm and 6:15


All ages and skill levels are welcome. Classes involve indoor and outdoor activities.
Workouts are based on various types of exercises and are personalized to your

 

Individual skillset:
 Interval Training
 Bodyweight movements
 Metabolic conditioning
 Weightlifting
 Endurance


Class Structure:
 Warm-up (5 – 10 minutes)
 Instruction (10 – 15 minutes)
 Timed Workout (15 – 20 minutes)
 Cool Down/Recovery (5 – 10 minutes)
